We are looking for an ambitious Creative Strategist to join our growing team to support our client campaigns as we help them scale from 7 to multiple 8 figures in profitable revenue.

The role involves leading the creative strategy and output for the brands we work with on a day to day basis.

You will be directly overseeing the Creative strategy for our client's ad campaigns, liaising with internal members of our team, as well as specific individuals within the brands which we work with.

In today's world, high quality creative (and LOTS of it) is absolutely mission critical to scaling ad campaigns from £0 to £20k+ per day.

It is absolutely essential to feed the digital platforms, Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snap, with highly engaging content which has the power to stop Users in their feed and persuade them to Watch, Click & Convert.

With this in mind, we are looking for a highly creative individual with genuine experience in Creative, paid social focussed roles to join our team to help us dream, plan & facilitate the creation of high quality Ad Creatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to create visually engaging creative that will fuel high converting ads on Facebook and Instagram.

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, ambitious, organised and adopts a true growth mindset.


  • Managing and coordinating the creative output for the digital campaigns across multiple channels. Essentially, your role is to ensure enough high quality creative lands in the Google Drive of our media buyers for them to test & scale.
  • Creating creative briefs and conducting product image/video requests for our clients, influencers and external contractors. You won't be directly creating the creative. You'll be facilitating & project managing the creation of creative.
  • Strategising & storyboarding new ideas and angles for Creative for our clients to support our client's ad campaigns. Example? Storyboarding new ways to position a fun, education VR headset in videos to see which one pulls on the heart-strings of parents the most in the run up to Christmas.
  • Coordinating with our internal team as well as the brands we work with to ensure the final, on time delivery of creatives to the media buying team is accomplished.
  • **Freelance basis, but potential to develop into the a full-time role for the right candidate.**


  • Fluent in English
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Great project manager, with creative experience and skills.
  • You understand the requirements for Instagram, Facebook and other channels.
  • Able to align brand strategy with the creative output for each of our clients needs.
  • Highly organised. Able to coordinate creative output for multiple brands at once.
  • A driven, proactive individual, who is open to feedback, learning and growth.
